1. What Hooksteal is
Hooksteal is a software tool that helps you create short-form marketing videos using AI: remixing publicly viral video formats with AI-generated creators, generating talking-actor videos from your scripts, and related research tools. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Credits & billing
Paid features consume credits. Credit costs are always shown before you generate. Credits remain usable while your account is in good standing. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Credits already spent on completed generations are non-refundable — generation costs are incurred with our AI providers the moment you generate. If a generation fails, you are not charged credits for it.
3. Your content & AI output
You keep the rights to content you upload and to videos you generate, and you can use generated videos commercially. All AI-generated creators are fictional people. You are responsible for how you use generated content — including complying with the ad policies of any platform you publish to, advertising and disclosure laws that apply to you, and not impersonating real people or making false claims about products.
4. Acceptable use
No illegal content, no deceptive or fraudulent ads, no content that harasses or defames real people, no attempts to circumvent credit limits or abuse free accounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Service quality
AI generation is probabilistic — outputs vary and occasional artifacts happen. The service is provided "as is" without warranties; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.
6. Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use Hooksteal.
